It is primarily intended for people who are considering purchasing RATS and want more detailed information about how the program works. However, new users may also find it useful as an introductory tutorial. You can take the tour via the Web, or, if you are using Windows 3.1, NT, or 95, you can download and view it in the form of a Windows Help file.
